Diameter & Ovality Measurement Systems
AccuScan systems from Beta LaserMike provide on-line precision measurements of the diameter and ovality of cables. Using laser scanning technology, AccuScan systems are able to perform diameter measurements in an intelligent gauge head during production and communicate those measurements to a host system or controller.

Non-Contact Eccentricity Measurement System

The CenterScan 2010 measurement system accurately and reliably monitors the diameter of insulated wire and cable, and eccentricity of conductors, during extrusion and insulation processes. This intelligent gauge never touches your product and enables you to run higher line speeds and produce more finished wire and cable in less time while maintaining the highest level of measurement accuracy
UltraScan Wall & Concentricity Measurement Systems
UltraScan systems from Beta LaserMike provide on-line precision measurements of product wall thickness and concentricity, with an option for also measuring diameter and ovality. Using ultrasonic technology, UltraScan systems are able to make high-speed, non-contact measurements during production. Depending on the application, UltraScan gauges are available to cover various product diameter and wall thickness sizes in both fixed and adjustable transducer distance styles. Each supports multiple transducers and is capable of measuring several layers.
Non-Contact Length and Speed Laser Encoder
The LaserSpeed encoder by Beta LaserMike measures the length and speed of any moving surface with better than +/- 0.05% accuracy and without ever contacting the product. It is a proven performer in a wide range of industrial applications. LaserSpeed is easy to install and use. It has no moving parts and is factory calibrated for low-maintenance operation. Its compact, smart design makes it the ideal replacement for error-prone, rotary encoders.
